Dr. Linnea Omholt, Physical Therapist, is a board certified orthopaedic specialist and has over 10 years of experience.
She enjoys working with motivated and active individuals who are excited to improve their pain and function! Linnea is skilled in manual techniques, corrective exercise and neuromuscular re-education to help individuals recover from acute or chronic pain and prevent reoccurrence in the future. She is a well rounded clinician but has a special interested in working with low back pain, knee injuries and foot/ankle pain as well as gymnasts and the active mom (being one herself)!
Outside of the therapy world, Linnea enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. They spend as much time as possible outdoors and can often be spotted at different parks in the area. For herself, Linnea spends time weightlifting and running, and is hoping to return to gymnastics one day!
